I ordered the wrong mat! How do I exchange it and get the right one?
We only accept returns for products ordered from Xtrememats.com. If you purchased your mat through one of our other retailers, please contact them directly to begin a return.
If you bought your mat from our website, begin your return by going to our Returns page to create a return label. Returned items must be in unused condition and returned in original packaging. We are unable to accept any item that has been installed, used, or damaged. Items returned in poor condition or having parts missing may not be credited or a partial credit might be issued at the seller's discretion.
You will receive a refund to your original payment method as soon as the product is received and inspected.
We do not do exchanges so you will need to reorder the correct mat. Please confirm with us if you are unsure of the mat you need.
How soon does my order ship?

Intentional damage or damage by an outside force such as an animal chewing on the mat, golf spikes, or the mat being damaged during installation, will not qualify for warranty consideration. Altering the mat in anyway will void the warranty.
