Refund policy

If you purchased the wrong item by mistake and you would like to return it, you are responsible for return shipping.  

Visit xtrememats.com/returns to begin your return and print your return label.  You will need your order number and delivery your zip code. 

This method uses our discounted return labels which are 70% discounted off retail rates.  We highly recommend you use this feature so we can offer lower priced returns and track your return delivery.  We offer returns through USPS or UPS, whichever method is cheaper for you from your shipping location. This will auto-generate a return authorization number for you. Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Return labels will pop up in a separate browser window to be printed. If you have trouble printing the label, please check your browser bar for a warning symbol indicating your pop up blockers are on and preventing the return label from popping up in an additional window.  Remove the pop-up blocker temporarily and reprint the label.  If you have issues, please contact customerservice@xtrememats.com or 407 392 0950 and we can email it to you.

We are unable to mail return labels or generate QR codes for use at the post office or UPS store.

Please save your box until you are sure the mat is the right size for you; you will need it in the event you need to return or exchange the mat!

Accessory items such as clips, drills bits, and water sensors are final sale items.

Limited edition, special pricing, and "Almost Perfect" items are final sale items.

Our return policy period is 30 days. These 30 days start the day you receive your shipment. Exchange or Refund Claims may be filed for up to 30 days after the package has been delivered.

Any Products returned without a Return Authorization Number will cause a delay on processing the return and your refund.

Packages damaged upon arrival, please contact us at customerservice@xtrememats.com or call us right away. We may request digital photos to be emailed to us. We will ship a replacement and cover the shipping cost both ways, once we have verified the damage.

If a package is lost in transit, a replacement or refund will be issued after a claim has been filed and approved by the shipping company.  A shipment is considered delivered by the shipper if it is confirmed as delivered via tracking information.  Xtreme Mats is not responsible for packages that are mis-delivered or stolen after delivery.  Issues with stolen or mis-delivered packages must be handled between the customer and the shipping agency as Xtreme Mats has no control over delivery conditions, address accuracy, or mail theft.

If you entered the wrong address at checkout, we will do our best to cancel the order if you contact us before it has shipped.  Changing the delivery address may result in a difference in sales tax which must be paid before the item can be shipped.  If you need to change the delivery address after it has been shipped, please try using the MY UPS ACCOUNT feature to control delivery to addresses you own.   Change of delivery address is a $25 fee charged by UPS if we request it.  You will be responsible for paying this charge via website invoice prior to us requesting the address change.  Failure to pay in time may remove this change as an option. Depending on how far along in the shipping journey your package is, delivery address changes may not be possible.

We will work with you to the best of our abilities to get the package delivered to you on time but please understand some factors are outside of our control.

If an incorrect item is received, please email us customerservice@xtrememats.com or call us right away. We will issue a return label for you to send the product back and arrange to have the correct item shipped. We will cover the shipping costs both ways.

Returned items must be in unused condition and returned in original packaging. We are unable to accept any item that has been installed, used or damaged. Items returned in poor condition or having parts missing may not be credited or a partial credit might be issued at the seller's discretion.

If for any reason you just do not want the item within 30 days from delivery you may ship the item back, you are responsible for return shipping. After we receive the item and inspect its condition we will then issue a refund.

Products purchased through one of our distributors must be returned to them and follow their return procedure.
