How do I install my golf cart dash mats?

To install your dash mats, follow these steps:

1. Clean the Dash Area: Use a mild cleaner and a soft cloth to thoroughly clean the dash and the cubby areas where the mat will be placed. Make sure to remove any dust, dirt, or debris.

2. Dry the Surface: Ensure that the dash and the cubby areas are completely dry before proceeding.

3. Position the Dash Mat: Lay the dash mat on top of the dash to check the fit and alignment. Adjust it as needed so that it fits properly around all the edges and components.

Can I order a customized mat?

No. We are always taking suggestions so if you have a golf cart model or specific color you think we should be making a mat for, please create a Golf Mat Request so that we can take it into consideration with our next roll-out.  If you have ANY questions about sizing, please call us at 407-392-0950.

I ordered the wrong mat! How do I exchange it and get the right one?

We only accept returns for products ordered from Xtrememats.com. If you purchased your mat through one of our other retailers, please contact them directly to begin a return.


If you bought your mat from our website, begin your return by going to our Returns page to create a return label. Returned items must be in unused condition and returned in original packaging. We are unable to accept any item that has been installed, used, or damaged. Items returned in poor condition or having parts missing may not be credited or a partial credit might be issued at the seller's discretion.

You will receive a refund to your original payment method as soon as the product is received and inspected.

We do not do exchanges so you will need to reorder the correct mat. Please confirm with us if you are unsure of the mat you need.

How soon does my order ship?

Most orders ship the same business day if placed before 2pm EST. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays. Orders placed during holidays will be shipped the next business day. Pre-ordered mats will ship as they become available.

I ordered my mat off Amazon, eBay etc. and I have questions!

One of the benefits of ordering directly from our website is that we can handle all of your order issues immediately. Unfortunately, if you ordered your product through a different retailer, you will need to use their contact methods to address any order, shipping, or payment methods. They will contact us if they need clarification but we are required to work through their established channels if the product was purchased through their site.

What's covered in the one year warranty?

XTREME MATS, LLC. guarantees this warranty to the original purchaser only; warranty is not transferable. This warranty guarantees that the product will not break, tear, or deform under normal, non-commercial usage. XTREME MATS, LLC. will provide warranty service to all floor mats that break or tear due to a manufacturer's defect within 1 year. Intentional damage or damage by an outside force such as an animal chewing on the mat, golf spikes, or the mat being damaged during installation, will not qualify for warranty consideration. Altering the mat in anyway will void the warranty.
